Mind Your Gaps recently conducted a study on "Covid Life" in which 50 people participated. This helped us identify several innovations and improvements that are happening in product and service areas within various industries, to solve problems that people are facing as a resut of their changed lives.

Customer/User Experience/ User Interaction Design Projects                           
Flairsoft Ltd. Usability Review and Design of their suite of products for Licenses, Permitting, Right of Way software used by several State  Departments like VDOT, TX DOT, LA Metro etc in the United States.

Walkez Talkez Speech and Language Therapy, Frisco, TX: Reduced attrition, improved Employee Experience by creating a new Onboarding program.
Problem given to MYG was to review why attrition was high, recommend and implement a solution to improve it. Onboarding New Hires at Pediatric Therapy Practice, Process and This project involved understanding all the systems used in the clinic, how they were used differently by the entire staff and therapists, the user stories of all the employees. It was a complex ecosystem which required change.  


Ellipsis Health: Solved challenging design issues in functional aspects and User Interface of a mobile app for mental health assessment by Ellipsis. Now adopted by Cigna. 

Project with clear Avenue for CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid): Redesigning the CMS' Product Ordering Website (POW) using a Human Centered Design approach.

COVID life study via research and follow up leading to 
(a) Designing for the Virtual New Hire Experience  - Mind Your Gaps Onboarding Design and Development of coaching program.​
(b) Driving better Voter and Candidate interaction and Experience. Used large Whatsapp and Zoom forums to drive voter participation in events, preceded by collecting voter issues via polls and surveys to get the maximum benefit out of candidates' time, alongside bringing most value to those attending.

Improving grocery shopping experience during pandemic times. This was part of a team project we did in a Jam session to change shopping  experience with increased safety.  


DART, Dallas, TX: Service Design Visioning Workshop for improving Employee Experience, Candidate Experience and Recruitment processes for HR department via the Service Design Mehtodology. Was responsible for providing training on the methodology and being one of the facilitators for the brainstorming ideation workshop we conducted.  

First US Floors, Carrollton, TX: Improving the experience of the customers who visit the store for their flooring needs. Involved customer interviews, analysis, redesign and training. 


Development of Australian Education portal, OzEducationNews.

Usability Evaluation of Software application for NeatCall, a communications company based in Israel.

Website Design for Microfinance World Education, non-profit, Australia.

Texas State Library and Archives Commission, 6-month project - Digital literacy toolkit training workshop to 300+ library staff and literacy providers in 10 locations across Texas with 3 Symposiums for Literacy Texas, 

Sole vendor award for C2 GPS Workforce Development Training Curriculum, involving for training in 11 Texas counties. Training development and workshop delivery of Job readiness and transition Skills.
